Bagavad EEswar is a seasoned C suite executive and industry thought leader with more than 36+ years of international experience in construction, cost and contract management, and large scale project governance across the Middle East, India, and APAC regions. As the Managing Principal of the 3EG Group, he is widely recognized for transforming organizations, strengthening commercial performance, and delivering measurable value on complex, high stakes programs.
Bagavad’s leadership portfolio spans real estate development, industrial facilities, mixed use towers, infrastructure, and public sector programs, with project values ranging from USD 1 million to USD 1 billion. He has consistently delivered 20–25% cost optimization, revitalized underperforming business units, and guided clients through procurement strategy, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management—achieving an 80% tender success rate and supporting more than 65 global clients.
In addition to leading E&E Engineering Consultants, Bagavad oversees strategic growth initiatives across the broader 3EG Group, covering contracting, valuation, project management consultancy, and commercial and cost management services in the UAE and India. His leadership has contributed to multi million dirham savings, strengthened governance frameworks, and the development of high performing teams with a combined experience base exceeding 800 years.
A Fellow of IIQS and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) with AIQS, Bagavad also holds memberships with CIArb and other leading professional bodies. He is recognized for his analytical depth, negotiation acumen, and ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes. His expertise spans forensic contract review, commercial risk management, mediation and arbitration support, value engineering, and P&L leadership.
A committed contributor to the profession, Bagavad engages actively in industry publications, speaking engagements, and mentoring. He is currently advancing his academic credentials through an MSc in Construction Project Management (LJMU, UK), building on his PGPM in Construction Management from NICMAR, reinforcing his dedication to continuous learning and industry excellence.
